Gripton's use of term "Witch Hunt" seems ominous and disturbing as head of BBC's rogue Jersey franchise, post Savile. How has BBC allowed him to remain in position?

Given BBC's disregard of Mr Gripton's continued misuse of his position, it is a bit easier to see how BBC ignored FOI requests. BBC thinks it is simply above the law. FOI is the law of the land but they do not think they have to care.
